Electrical Quantifying Process Details
Step 1:
Prepare the mold samples:
1. Cut the samples from the petri dish with 1.5*1.5 cm dimension
2. Follow image processing guidelines to take photos from top and side on a piece of red paper
3.Transfer the samples to a pice of hard card board, keep track the number of samples
Step 2:
Spray the conductive mist:
*outside the building
1. Form a single row of 12 samples
2. Shake the conductive spray for at least 60 seconds
3. Spray all the 12 samples with one spray
3.Shake again for new samples.
Step 3:
Measure and record resistance:
1. Cut the rails between samples
2. Measure the samples from one side to another,if there is mold present make sure the tips of DMM are on either side of the mold
3. Record data in Excel and send to data analysis group
Step 4:
Clean up the lab
